Insider Gerry Dulac shed light on when the George Pickens trade negotiations between the Steelers and Cowboys truly began.

The Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys have finalized a trade for wide receiver George Pickens. Dallas confirmed the deal on Wednesday after ESPN's Adam Schefter first reported the trade. Schefter noted Pickens' agent is also the agent for Micah Parsons, who is seeking a long-term extension from the Cowboys this offseason.

After months of speculation, the Pittsburgh Steelers are in fact trading veteran wide receiver George Pickens. Pittsburgh is sending him to the Dallas Cowboys, according to CBS Sports NFL Insider Jonathan Jones, in exchange for draft pick compensation, according to ESPN .
