Genki has allegedly been misusing Nintendo’s trademarks and misleading customers about its Switch to accessories.

Nintendo has sued accessory maker Genki over the Switch 2 replicas it presented at CES.As The Game Post reports, Genki is being sued for trademark infringement and unfair competition under federal and California law and for false advertising under the Trademark Act.

Nintendo is taking accessory maker Genki to court over its Switch 2 mockups and now the manufacturer responded.
