RB Leipzig have asked Chelsea about the possibility of including Tyrique George in a deal for Xavi Simons, according to reports. Chelsea’s hierarchy have set their sights on signing Simons having already brought in Joao Pedro, Jamie Gittens, Liam Delap, Dario Essugo and Mamadou Sarr across a busy transfer window.

Chelsea have been busy working to raise the funds needed to pursue Simons. João Félix has departed for Al Nassr and academy graduate Armando Broja has agreed a move to Burnley which could be worth as much as £20 million ($26.5 million).
