Apple TV+ is developing a limited-series adaptation of 2006 Nancy Meyers romantic comedy movie The Holiday, a source with knowledge of the situation tells The Hollywood Reporter. The Meyers movie starred Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Jude Law and Jack Black. Meyers is not involved in the adaptation — she didn’t even know about it.

Nancy Meyers appears to be totally in the dark about her beloved movie The Holiday getting a TV makeover. “News to me,” Meyers, 75, wrote via her Instagram Story on Friday, August 1, alongside a news story about the Christmas film becoming a “limited series” at AppleTV+.
