Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge on Tuesday alleged that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had cancelled his visit to Kashmir after receiving an intelligence report three days prior to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam.

Pahalgam terror attack: "Shouldn't the Centre be accountable for the loss of lives in the Pahalgam attack when it accepted the intelligence failure?” asked Kharge.

When you were well informed about the situation, then why didn’t you communicate the same to your intelligence team, security, Kashmir police, and the Border Security Force (BSF), and ensure the safety of civilians?
